Credits Policy

The ZenMap Credits are a virtual currency used exclusively within the ZenMap platform. Credits allow users to purchase and use digital services, including publishing listings, renewing listings, applying promotional boosts and activating featured placements.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts or used outside of the ZenMap platform.

Credits are a digital product delivered immediately upon successful payment. By completing a credit purchase, you expressly request immediate access to your credits and acknowledge that delivery occurs at the moment of purchase.

This immediate delivery constitutes a waiver of any right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU, to the extent such waiver is permitted by applicable national law.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits that remain unused at the end of this period expire automatically and are not refundable.

The expiry date of each credit balance is visible in your account dashboard.

Credits are consumed at the following approximate rates (subject to change by platform configuration):

• Publish a new listing — 500 credits (30 days of visibility);
• Renew a listing — 300 credits (+30 days of visibility);
• Highlight a listing — 200 credits (7 days of highlighted placement);
• Boost to top of results — 500 credits (24-hour priority boost);
• Featured photo gallery — 300 credits (extra photos for 30 days);
• Send a like — 50 credits (after the 3 free daily likes).

Current rates are always displayed at the time of purchase and in the platform's credits section.

Credits that have been consumed to activate a digital service (e.g., a published listing, boost or feature) are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of The ZenMap's Terms and Conditions, unused credits are forfeited and will not be refunded.

If The ZenMap terminates an account for reasons not attributable to the user, The ZenMap will make reasonable efforts to refund the monetary value of any remaining unused credits, at its discretion.

The ZenMap reserves the right to adjust the cost of services in credits. Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Credits already purchased will not be retroactively devalued without alternative compensation.
