By accessing or using the ZenMap platform, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

Continued use of the platform after publication of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The ZenMap provides an online marketplace and directory that enables registered users to:

• Publish and manage classified listings for massage and wellness services;
• Purchase digital credits for use within the platform;
• Activate Premium listing plans for enhanced visibility;
• Purchase promotional boosts and featured placements;
• Access discovery tools to find wellness professionals.

All products and services sold by The ZenMap are digital services and digital products delivered electronically. The ZenMap acts exclusively as a technical intermediary and is not party to any arrangement between advertisers and users seeking services.

To publish listings or purchase digital services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials;
• All activities carried out under your account;
• Notifying The ZenMap immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

The ZenMap sells the following digital services:

• Credits — platform currency used to publish, renew and promote listings;
• Premium listing plans — enhanced visibility and features for a fixed period;
• Promotional boosts — temporary increased ranking or highlighted placement;
• Featured placements — priority positioning in search results and category pages.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe and support card, MBWay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The ZenMap does not store payment card data.

By purchasing any digital service, you expressly request immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply to distance contracts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the content of your listings. The following is strictly prohibited:

• False, misleading or fraudulent content;
• Content that infringes third-party rights;
• Unlawful content or content contrary to applicable law;
• Listings for sexual or illegal services;
• Spam or promotional content unrelated to massage or wellness.

All listings are subject to manual review by the ZenMap team. The ZenMap reserves the right to refuse, edit or remove any listing without prior notice if it violates these terms. Credits spent on rejected listings may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All elements of The ZenMap (brand, logo, design, code, content) are the property of The ZenMap and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorisation is prohibited.

The ZenMap is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, nor for the accuracy, quality or legality of services advertised by third parties. The ZenMap's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to The ZenMap in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

The ZenMap reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and, where applicable, European Union law including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Digital Content and Digital Services Directive 2019/770/EU.

Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence.
