Elmwood Spa is a Toronto institution. Housed in a stunning 1889 heritage building on Elm Street in the heart of downtown, the spa has been welcoming guests for over 40 years. Founded by owner Sherry Brydson, Elmwood has grown from a women's club into the city's most celebrated full-service day spa.

The heart of the Elmwood experience. Includes swimming pool, whirlpools and eucalyptus steam rooms. The hot–cold–hot water circuit has been practised for centuries for its restorative and detoxifying benefits.
