Sivananda Yoga Farm

Sivananda Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, California, is an ashram and yoga teaching centre set on 80 acres of Sierra Nevada rural landscape. Following the classical Hatha Yoga tradition of Swami Sivananda, the centre offers daily programmes of yoga, meditation, pranayama and study of sacred texts.
